The remodelling started in earnest the first of the year and today, the courtroom has new furndahdndngs, tile, two enclosed jury boxes, new jury seats, accoustioal ceiling, flooring, new lighting sys tem, and even the two stairways leading from the lobby to the second story have been enclosed. The cos of the entire project was approx imately $16,000. H. M. Boy To Meet At 6:15 O'clock The Madison County high school basketball tournament will resume in the local gym tonight (Thursday) with one junior var Btty game (Marshall-Hot Springs Iboys) starting at 6:15 o'clock. In the varsity division, the Marshall girls will meet the Laurel girls at 7:30 o'clock and the Laurel Marshall boys will collide at 9:00 p. m. The tourney, which started last 'Friday night saw the Laiutrel girls eke out a 27-25 victory over the Hot Springs sextet. The win ad vanced Laurel girls to the semi finals against Marshall which drew a bye in the opening round. The Spring Creek girls ad vanced to the finals by defeating Mars HiU last Saturday, 31-19. Spring Creek will meet the win ner of the Mare hall-Laurel game for the championship and the two 'losers will meet for third place honors Saturday night at 6:15 o' clock.
