There was evidence of this recently as four club members showed ani mals at the Fat Stock Show and Sale at the Western North Caro Una Agricultural Center. Those participating were Faith and War ren Wise, daughter and son of Mr. and Mrs. Earle Wise of Long Branch and Peggy and Jane Rice, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Rice of Hopewell. Warren's Hereford steer was selected Grand Champion Here ford of the sale. All the animals graded choice and were awarded blue ribbons. Warren's and Jane's animals were placed in the top ten in the, show and were awarded special premiums by the Coca Col Company.
