CHARLES McFARLAND Owner of Mars Theatre ijeautincation Judging To Be Held Sept. 15-17 Judging to select the organised areas in Western North Carolina that have done the most oustanding job in beautiflcation and improving the visual environment during 1976 will be held Sept. 15-17. The occasion will be the area judging of the community club division of WNC Beautiful 76, the beautiflcation competition in the Western North Carolina Community Development SSI Important Three letters may be very important to you. The beautification program is spoonsored by the Western North Carolina Development Association and the N. C. Agricultural Extension Ser vice. Aim is to encourage communities and groups to conduct organized clean-up programs or special beautification projects and to recognize those doing a par ticularly good job.
