WNC Celebrates Independence Day In Style Folks la Hot Springs, Mars Hill, Marshall, Weaverville and the Beech community celebrated the 211th ren dition rf Independence Day over the weekend. Jenny McLean gives daaghter Mary a bite of hot dog ia Weaverville. Horseback riders hit the not-so-dasty trail through down town Marshall. Daniel aad Susan Olson watch ? and try to listen ? as fire engines with sirens blaring par ade through Beech. Finally, flags were oat in force to symbolize what the festivities were all about.
