Man Faces Deportation

ment, Lorenz agreed to waive any
deportation proceedings and
agreed that he would not return to
the United States, Baker said.
Allen ordered that Lorenz be
held in Madison County Jail until
he is placed in the custody of the
U.S. Immigration Service for
deportation.

Madison County Superior Court,
Micheal Dean Ledford, who had
been charged with possession of
stolen property, pleaded guilty to

misdemeanor possession of stolen
property.
He received a two-year suspend
ed sentence and was ordered to
pay restitution to Marshall Farm
& Garden.
Earl Eugene Spangler, charged
with possession of a controlled
substance with intent to sell and
breaking and entering, pleaded
guilty to misdemeanor possession
of a controlled substance and
misdemeanor breaking and enter
ing. He received a two-year
suspended sentence and was plac
ed on supervised probation for
three years.

The City of Hot Springs Board of Elections will
hold a referei^lum vote on July 19, 1988.
The purpose of this vote is to determine the
off-premise sale of malt beverages and/or the
off-premise sale of unfortified wine.
This ballot will read For (allowing the sale of
malt beverages) or Against (not allowing the
sale of malt beverages) AND For (allowing the
sale of unfortified wine) or Against (not allowing
the sale of unfortified wine).
Registration for this vote will be held in Hot
Springs City Hall through June 17, 1988 from
9:00 a.m. to 12 Noon and 1.00 p.m. to 4:00
p.m., Monday through Friday.
