BE IT ORDAINED by the Board
of Commissioners of the Town of
Dunn, North Carolina, as follows:
Section 1. That tha Town of
Dunn, pursuant to the Municipal Fi
nance Act, as amended, issue its
bond* for the purpaeo of enlarging
its existing water works system.
Section 2. That the maximum ag
gregate amount of said bonds shall
be *38,000.00.
Section 8. That a tax nficltnt

and collected.
Section 4. That a statement of
