Mrs. Lona Green and son Clyde were shopping in Sylva Saturday Mrs. Elbert Reece and baby are here from East La Porte to spend some time with relatives. Rev. Carter Bryson preached in Addie Sunday, Mr. C. R. Jones, Jr. spent lastj week in Franklin looking after his automobile interests there. Mr. John T. Jones won five blue ribbons, one red ribbon and $7.50 cash at the poultry show in Sylva ast week. He exhibited Buff Min- orcas and Speckled Sussex. Miss Mary Mphaffey was here Hendersonville Sunday.
