hosts Friday evening at the monthly

An interesting feature of the (mi
grant was the talk made by Dr. J. P.
Sevier, president of Fassiforn School
in llendtrsonville, who represented
the Wstern North Carolina Moun
tains, Inc. Dr. Sevier outlined the
attractions which Western North
Carolina has to offer tourists.
Dr. Sevier's daughter, Miss Vir
ginia Sevier, wa also a guest of the
club. '

About 25 men were present.

der of the Methodist church, and Rev,
Charles R. McCarty. pastor of the
Presbyterian church at Highlands.
Rev. Flannigan, pastor of the Pres
byterian church at Franklin, and Rev.
S R. Crockett, former pastor of the
Presbyterian church here, also made
short talks.
Mr. R. L. Prevost acted is toast
master for the occasion.
