The XOTICE TO THE pciv.ie In order to quiet rumors that are leing circulated in the White Oak community of Haywood county that I mistreated my wife prior to her death last Decemlnr, I wish to sta'e that I have a certified statement from the physician that attended and treated her during her illness which reads as follows : "This is to certify that I saw ami treated Mrs. W. J. Campbell, and saw no evidence of any violence. The cause of her death was Cereberal Herorage. Siirivd J. H. Hue, M. IV Route 4 Cosby Tenn." I have the above statements in my possession to show that. I am not the type of man that Jived such a life to be guilty of such absurd in sinuations. My past will bear rigid investigation. W. J.
