Seine of the most interesting tx hihits were: an old Knfe'lisli Chintz quilt. 1.1" veins old. exhibited by Miss Ann Jones: a- spread. 115 years old, owned l.v Mrs. James Harden Howell; a basket quilt made in 1S03 and ex hibited by Mrs. Liudley Hunter; and a spread, made m 1S37, with the date wanked in, exhibited by Mrs. Charles .Martin, other quilts, some older and others ot more recent date, also chinned the attention of visitors.
