More than 2,600 farmers have received letters from the county farm agent's office relative to the tour. They are urged to return to the county agent's office, the card which was enclosed with the letter, if they contemplate going on the tour. It is necessary for the county agent to know just the number planning to take the trip so that here and on the stopping places en route. The business men of Waynesville, Canton and other Haywood County communities are also invited and urged to go on the tour. While they have not been sent letters they the accommodations may be met are eligible to take the trip and are askd to notify the county agent if they are interested in going. Plans are to make the trip by automobile. The county agent's office is requesting that any per son having a car that he can take on the trip, to report it to the office.
