Wired light switch es, power outlet and installed weatherproof lighting at school shop. These classes meet every even ing at six-thirty for three hours. There is no charge to the lndi vidual, all expenses are met by the federal government and county school board furnishes the place for instruction and some of the tools. Any young man seventeen to twenty-five is eligible for train inc. nro v id ed he is not in school. Classes are taught by men who have had long years of successful experience in the field of their work. Fred Ratcliff teaches the electri cal work. He succeeds Lewis Compton, resigned. Mother Is Successful Football Squad Coach REVERB, Mass. Mrs. Ray mond E. Carey, mother of three children, has coached a football squad of 21 boys to four straight victories. The team adopted the name "Carey Pals" as tribute to their coach who also is doctor, trainer and manager. The players range in age from 7 to 15. Mr. Jones has had some twelve years as a mechanic and for the cast five v ears has been employed by the county of Havwood as mechanic. He has the responsibility for the up keep of all schools buses in the Waynesville district. Mr. Browne has had fifteen years experience and for the past ten years he has been with the state highway department. He is now stationed at Hazelwood in the hiehwav shoDs there and is one of the foremen in those shops. He is an expert on tractors as well as automobiles and deisel motors.
