THURSDAY, MARCH Page 10 THE WAYNESVJLLE MOUNTAINEER The Mountaineer Compiles Order Number Of Registered hj Task Required Many Hard Hours; List Not Official 655 Order Numbers Given This Week; 235 Were Pub lished Last Week. The Mountaineer is presenting the order numbers of the remaining 655 men who recently registered with the Waynesville draft board. The staff of The Mountaineer worked many hours in compiling these order numbers, and while every precaution was taken to assure accuracy, these numbers are not official. The last time this newspaper worked out the order numbers before the official ist was available, it was found that the newspaper number of the official numbers before the official list was figures, which is pretty close. The first 235 names of the 890 registered here were published last week. The serial numbers, as given by the local board, are only used to determine from the national lot tery, the order number of the reg istered men. The order number is the figure used in calling out men for service. 235 Robert Lee Parton, City 230 Herbert Quinlan Wright, City. 237 Norman Louis Conard, To relieve Misery of COLDS LIQUID TABLETS SALVE NOSE DROPS COUGH DROPS Try "Rub-My-Tltm" a Wonderful Liniment (B(B(S oooooo i l .
