Back in the spring he had the promise of one of the heaviest, fast est and most experienced men he bad had to mould a team from in many years. In the meantime, Coach Weatherby con tinues to base his high hopes on a winning team on the fact that the material was available. The schedule for the season is as uncertain as the weather. Some schools are dropping their athletic programs, and some are undecided as to what decision they will make on carrying out gridiron plans. Coach Weatherby has a feeling that if too many schools drop out, that instead of crippling the sche dule to about a half season pro gram, that some schools will be played twice, as is the case with Canton.' This would provide a re turn engagement on the home team's own field. The Boosters also broke even, by winning from Jonathan i,reeK and dropping one to tne laimery. Jonathan Creek lost three in a row this week and dropped into thecellar position. They lost to the Boosters, High School and Pet. Pet Dairy moved up a notch in the league by virtue of their two wins and only one lost game of the week.
