The Rev. Sister Mary Angelus was named journalism teacher in St. John's High School to succeed Miss Kellett. McCrarv was hos tess at her home on last Thursday to the joint meeting of the Fines Creek Home Demonstration Club and the farm leaders of the com munity. Howard Clapp, county farm agent and Miss Mary Mar garet Smith, home agent, were in charee of the Droirram. Mrs. Fran cis Rogers, president of the group presided. Miss Smith lead a discussion on the preparation and planning of the' farm work for 1944, in which she pointed out the necessity for team work, emphasizing the family working together. Mr. ClaPD discussed farm plan ninir and farm implement problems labor shortage and the importance of spreading lime anil phosphate as early as possible. H? advised that anv needed repairs on ma chinerv be made at once and asked that if any farmer Heeded new parts to riport to bis dealer at once. II. B.
