June 14th Five graduate of St John's high school, and four of the gram mar school will get diplomas at the commencement exercises in the school auditorium here ne.t Wed nesday night at eight o'clock. Rev. Juhn P. Manly, dean of Wes'ern North Carolina, will present the diplomas, and also deliver the com mencement address. Itev. First Methodist To Hold Vacation Bible School The annual Daily Vacation Bible School will be held at the First Methodist Church during the com ing week. Sessions will last from 9:30 to 11:30 each day Monday through Friday. The leaders hope to register as many of the pupils as possible at the Church School session Sunday morning.
