man, hai arrived to spend a 19
day leave here with his parents.
He is stationed at the present in
Boston, Mass.
Seaman Mehaffey was a student
at the Waynesville Township high
school at the time he entered the
service. He took his boot train
ing at Bainbridge. Md . and has
been serving in the Navy for the
past 17 months.
He has a brother. Scon Allen
Mehaffey, who is serving with the
M. P.'s in France,
