Here is the particular indictment

Naturally." says Mr. Warren in
an article in "Tax Front," a com

SIDF.SWIPE The men most
-e viTcly spanked by the Comp
troller General in subsequent
paragraphs of his article have de
parted from Washington. They
ipiil or died or were fired soon
alter President Truman took over
the White House. But their ideas
live on in certain high places, and
they are repugnant to the modest,
conservative man from North Car

"What are the facts? To speak

is only a way to escape the un

the fooling that it will be some

Privately, Mr. Warren hopes that
liis old friend. Treasury Secretary
Vinson, and President Truman will
read or reread "David Copper-field."

Right-Eyed, Left-Eyed
But Not Cock-Eyed
ROCHESTER, N. Y. Are you
right-eyed or left-eyed? Here's a
simple way to test yourself, sug
gested by Rausch & Lomb Optical
Company scientists:
Tear a hole the size of a quar
ter in a sheet of paper and hold
it at arms length. Looking through
the hole, with both eyes open, fix
your eyes on some object across
the room. Now gradually draw the
paper toward you until it touches
your face. The hole will be over
one eye. If you're left-eyed, it will
be the left-eye; and the right eye
if you're right-eyed.
Scintists say that in every per
son one eye is dominant, but that
doesn't mean the other eye is
weaker; in fact it may be the
stronger. They've also discovered
that right-handedness doesn't nec
essarily pair with right-eyedness.
You were just born with one domi
nant eve.
