Burrece. 70, native of Haywood county, and retired em ployee of the American Knka Cor poration, who died suddenly at his home near Candler Thursday after noon from a heart attack. The Rev. Reid l.unsfortl, as sisted by the Rev. H. J'. Mehadey and the Rev. Wayne Smith, olli ciated. Burial was in the. church cemetery . Surviving are the widow; three daughters, Mrs. Ktla Willis of Wil mington. Mrs. Tom Scott of Phoe nix, Ariz., and Miss Winired Bur rece of Candler; four sons, Edward and Fred of Cramerton, Harold of Nebraska, and Van Burrece of Candler; two sisters, Mrs. Rachael Chafney and Mrs. Sara Woods of Cedro Wooley, Wash.; one brother, Francis Burrece of Jackson county. St. John's Girls' Camp To Open For Seventh Season Soon i St. John's Camp for Girls will open its seventh season this sum mer. Conducted under the aus pices of the Sisters of St. Francis, is is open to girls six to fourteen years of age. St. John's Camp combines life active life of a camp with thcj'oijji forts of a city home.
