Rufus Ratcliff, game warden for Haywood county, reports that he has been told of several occasions where persons came near to being hit by missies fired carelessly by young boys out "target practicing." They do not realize how far a distance their .22 calibre shells are going. Parents are reminded that it is dangerous for their boys under 16 to use rifles, and are asked to co operate with authorities by pre venting this unauthorized use.
