Street Parade to Open Show luesdag Time Energy red To 4-H, FFA h Show Home Ec Clubs To Parade Young People From Over County To Start March To Show Grounds Members of 18 4-H clubs, five Future Farmers of America chap ters, and six Home Economics de partments in schools from over Haywood county will join in the Street Parade that will lead to the Livestock and Home Arts Show on Tuesday morning. The parade will get under way at 9:30 a. m., accompanied by the music of the Waynesville Town ship high school band, under the direction of Charles Isley. It will start at the Hotel Gordon, go up Main Street, cut right at Academy, and go past the Central Elementary school down to Brown Avenue and on to the high school grounds. Members of the following 4-H clubs will participate: Waynesville, East Waynesville, Clyde, Cruso, Cecil, Bethel, Morning Star, Pat ton, Beaverdam, North Canton, Canton high, Pennsylvania Avenue, Lake Junaluska, Hazelwood, Rock Hill, Mount Sterling, Crabtree and Fines Creek. Future Farmers of America chap ters in the parade will include: Waynesville high, Clyde, Bethel, Duff. Home Economics Departments from the schools at Waynesville, Canton, Clyde, Crabtree, Fines Creek and Bethel will be in the parade. Many members of these organi zations will also have livestock and other exhibits entered in the show. The Home Ec groups have prepar ed booths for the Home Arts division.
