OSCAR PITTS, Auctioneer Ii You Have Land To Sell Write Us There was much more to the ex hibits than what the eye might see for they guve one a lot to think about. One realized that Haywood farm women have worked right be side their men and together they are building the finest type of life in America today. Underneath the artistry of the exhibits, perhaps one of the biggest things was the appre ciation of food values which are and will continue to aid our health in this county. Booth after booth had illustrations of the seven basic foods which showed that the wo men are no lunger merely serv ing meals bore in Haywood. They are going ubout their job intelligently We hope the rest of you who saw the exhibits got as big a thrill ,out of them as we did and that you went home, as we with a new feeling about our job as homemakor. For alter all that is the real purpose of the show to learn a better way by showing what can be done. No stqry, however brief would be complete about what our Hay wood women and girls are doing on the home fronts without paying our respects to our county home agents, who are leading and aiding our women to a larger vision of their job. And to the home eco nomic teachers in our schools who are teaching our girls new and bet tur ways to do old things.
