It consists of swooshing skirits, nipped-in waistlines, and a Gibson girl blouse or bodce. There's a new quaint, ladylike look to the best teen clothes for spring. Wide collars, push-up sieeves arid full, swinging skirts are the order of the day. The waistline is pulled in lo minimum propor tions by a wide belt or fitted midriff. The skirt length is mid-calf instead of above the knee. Shoes are fl.it wedsies or ballet type slip pers for the most part, but with solid soles and heels no more of the "loafer" look except with jeans The 1943 teen-ager has come of age.
