Reed, Jr.. were hoslesses of a bridge luneheaon given at Bal sam Mountain Springs Hotel on Wednesday. PORCH SUPPER Tomato and Celery Soup Toasted Ham and Pickle Sandwiches Mixed Green Salad Roquefort Cheese Dressing Bread and Butter Blueberry Sake Beverage Recipe for Starred Dish Follows) Roquefort Cheese Dressing Mi cup Roquefort cheese '2 cup salad oil 6 tablespoons wine vinegar '2 teaspoon celery salt Salt to taste Dash of freshly ground pepper Mash cheese, add oil slowly blending them together well Add vinegar, a tablespoon at a time beating well after each addition' Add celery salt, salt to taste and Pepper and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat, add milk gradually, stirring until smooth after each addition Return to heat and stir constantly until thickened. Add cheese and continue cooking until cheese has melted, stirring as you do bo. Re move from hent and add slightly beaten egg yolk; mix. Add bread crumbs and carrots and mix well.
