A t Armory Plans are being made for a Val entine Dance to be given at the Waynesville Armory next Friday night under the joint sponsorship iof the Auxiliaries of the Veterans ! of Foreign Wars and the American ; Legion. j Proceeds from the dance will go j to the fund for the erection of a j memorial marker at Green Hill Cemetery to veterans of both world wars. Plans were made for G. A. Focus Week to be observed February 6-12. Lt. Colkitt Is Honored At Bridge Party Mr. and Mrs. Paul McEIroy, Jr., were hosts of a bridge party on Wednesday evening in honor of Mrs. McElroy's brother, Lt. Ben. K. Colkitt, Jr., of the U. S. Navy Air Corps, who is spending a leave here with his parents. Early spring flowers were used in decorating and four tables were arranged for bridge.
