Better get it out, and make for the city hall with it before May first. Chief of Police Orvlle Noland said Monday that warrants would be issued to all motorists who have not paid their fines by the first , of the month. "Some motorists have had a habit of not paying any atten tion to the parking meter tick- Motorists Fined By Canton Court Canton Police Court Judge R. During 'the cqurt sessions the judge ordered six men charged with drunkenness to pay $11 court costs each. One motorists charged with driv ing without a license was fined $4.30 and had to pay $10.70 in court costs. The judge levied a $10 fine and another $10 in costs against anoth er motorist charged with speeding. Elmira, N.
