She dropped rose petals from a basket in the path of the bride. Billie Harold carried the ring on a white satin pillow made by Mrs. W. H. Frazier, Sr., grandmother of the bride. Ray Whitner of Hazeluoocl, cous in of the bridegroom, served as best, man and ushers were Joseph Turner, Jr., brother of the bride, Herbert C. Turner, cousin of the bride, Harold Winchester, cousin of the bridegroom, and Hugh Con stance. Mrs. Turner, mother of the bride, wore a dress of light blue crepe with black assessnries and an or chid corsage. Mrs. Vance, mother of the bridegroom, wore a dress of nayv blue crepe with navy acces sories and a corsage of red roses. Following the ceremony the par ents of the bride entertained with a reception in the dining hall of the church. Guests included mem bers of the bridal party, the two families, out-of-town guests and close friends. The bride's table was covered with a white lace cloth and center ed with a three-tiered wedding cake tonped with a miniature bride and bridegroom.
