A proposal was made during an address by DeWitt Ballew, that a dinner be given for local business men. and solicit their support in providing some means of a recre ational program for the commun ity. Mr. Ballew used as his topic, "What The Tourist Business Means To Waynesville". Mrs. Edith P.
