There were brief speeches bj Pauline Clarke, Bobbie Mae Welch, Ruth Ferguson, Susie Noland, Roxie Anne Crawford, Emelyn Mc Cracken, and Sue Dotson. After President Mattie Sue Med ford took charge of the program following the ceremonies, the mem bers decided to hold their Mother and Daughter Banquet on Thanks giving Day.
