The plant will be beneficial to the farmers, to the people it employs, and will pour more indus trial payroll dollars into channels of trade. This new plant adds to the already increasing number of diversified manufacturing plants which this community enjoys. ' This community is fortunate in having so many different type plants, and to have them oper ated on such a high level. We feel the owners of the new fertilizer plant selected the best county in America. It also prohibits Hie VA from permilling veterans to enroll in a new course offered by a school outside the tax-supported classifica tion which has nol been conducted for the benefit of al least 2t stu dents for one year prior to the veterans enrollment .
