The Rev. J. E. Yountz, pastor,
pronounced the vows.
The altar was decorated with
floor standards of white gladioli
and lilies and seven-branched can
delabra against a background of
palms and ferns.
Prior to the ceremony a program
of nuptial music was presented by
Joe Morrow, organist, and Miss

The full skirt, which feu in a chap
el train was edged with a- wide
band of tulle and the pointed
sleeves were trimmed at the
wrists with a tulle ruffle. Her

Miss Jean Ann, Bradley was her
sister's maid of honor. She wore
a gown of blue satin, a shade deep

which ended in a short train and
was caught at intervals with bows
of satin to show ruffles of the
same material. She wore matching
satin mitts and a Southern - Belle
hat of blue net trimmed with

of American Beauty roses,
Bridesmaids were Mrs. Robert
W. Borders of Shelby, sister of
the bridegroom, and Mrs. Joe Hart
Davis of Winchester, Tenn., Miss
Frances Louise Mitchell of Tulla
noma, Tenn., and Miss Margaret
Lawson of Loudon, Tenn,, all form
er classmates of the bride. Their
gowns were Identical to that of
the. maid of honor and they car
ried colonial bouquets of Ameri
can Beauty roses and gypsophelia.

of the bridegroom, was best man
and ushers were Richard Bradley,
brother of the bride, V. 0. Cline,
Jr., .brother of the bridegroom,

quisette . with, matching . lace trim
and a corsage of red rose buds,

Immediately after the ceremony

tion at their home on the Eagles
Nest Road.

A luncheon meeting of the Club
for Women's Activities at the. Way
nesville Country Club will be held
at the home of Mrs. Eric Clausnn
Thursday at 11:30 a. m. Bridge will
be played following luncheon.

ment which was held at the club
last Friday.
Miss Sally Stovall will leave
Wednesday for Camp Greystone,
near Hendersonville. where she
will spend the summer.

summer suit with white accessories
and the orchid detached from her
wedding bouquet.
Mrs. Cline attended the Waynes
vllle Schools and was graduated
from the University of Tennessee
where she was a member of the
Phi Mu sorority. For the past two
years she , has - been head - of - the
Home Economics Department at
Bethel High School.
Mr. Cline was, graduated from
the School of Agriculture of North
Carolina State College. Raleigh
and is a member of the Sigma Nu
fraternity. He served three years
in the. Army, eighteen months of
which was spent in the European
Theatre, and since 1947 has been
assistant county farm agent of
Haywood County.

corsage of yellow rose buds and
Mrs. Richeson, mother of the bride
groom, wore a blue sheer with
corsage of pink rose buds.
