EDGAR BURNETTE (Mountaineer Correspondent) The Cecil Community Develop ment program gourp met at the Cecil school on Friday evening with Carl Green, president, in charge. Plans were made for the Field Day program at Cecil on Saturday, July 29th. The Cecil community will have as their guests on that day the Panther Creek group. Wayne Corpening. county agent, was present to help plan for the occasion.
