McClung of Morgantown, West Vir ginia. Her wedding took place in the home of her parents on July 7. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Shee han of Wavncsville. C. are guests of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene B. Carter at their summer home at Balsam. Mrs. Stultz is a sister of Mrs. Carter. University Avenue, Morgantown, W. Va. Among the out-of-town guests at the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Robertson of Waynesville. The Medfords Are Hosts Of Rehearsal Party Dr. and Mrs. Phil Medford were hosts of a buffet supper Friday evening in honor 'of the former's sister. Miss Bebe Medford, and Al bert Cline, Jr. and members of their bridal party. ; ' The supper . followed the wed ding rehearsal at the First Method ist Church and was given at Sky land Tea Room. Mc Clung of Morgantown, West Vir ginia have announced the marriage of their daughter. Miss Virginia McClung, to Sergeant First Class Charles J. Sheehan, son of Mr. andi Mrs. Arthur Sheehan of Waynesville. The double ring ceremony took place in the home of the bride's parents, on Friday, July 7, at 7:30 o'clock in the evening. Dr. Owen O. Dietz, pastor of the First Baptist church of Morgan town, officiated in the presence of the families and close friends. Summer flowers were used in the rooms and .the vows were spoken before an improvised altar of palms interspersed with branch ed candelabra. The bride, who was given in mar riage by her father, wore a street length dress of white marquisette over pale yellow satin fashioned with embroidered net yoke, She wore a white picture hat and car ried a white bible toped with white orchids and yellow roses. Miss Sharon McClung was her sister's maid of honor. She wore shell pnk marquisette and her flowers were lavender orchids and rose buds. Tommy Robertson of Waynes ville. brother-in-law of the bride groom, served as best man. A 'reception followed the cere' mony. Mrs. Sheehan is a graduate of Richwood, West Virginia High School and the Charleston, West Virginia School of Commerce and Finance. She is presently employed by the Farmer's and Merchants Bank of Morgantown, Sgt. Sheehan is serving , as an assistant professor of military sci ence and tactics at West Virginia University in Morgantown. He is a graduate of Waynesville High School. , .
