was from natural causes nrobahlv
a heart attack, and that no inquest

Dr. Pate said hi was called to
make an examination at 3 30 n m .
a half-hour after the aged man's
body had been found.
The coroner said he found an
abrasion on the man's head but de
cided it was the result of a back
ward fall on a crosstie.
Inquiry revealed that no trains
had passed between the probable
tune of the man's death and the
discovery of the body.
Surviving are two sons, Ed Haw
kins Canton, and Charles Hawkins.
Barberton. Ohio ;three daughters.
Mrs Lucv Allen, Clyde.; Mrs. Bob
Cotter. Cullowhee; one sister, Mrs.
Lillie Belt. Lowell, and 20 grand
children and a number of great
grandchildren. Kuneral services will be held in
the Clyde Methodist church, Tues
day, at U a. m with the How W.
