The establishment of the Com munity Development Program in Haywood county is the most sig nificant thing in agriculture in the Southern Stales, Dr. J. H. Hilton told four audiences in his praise of the leadership set by Haywood, as he addressed four groups here, starting with a i.vie group in Canton Thursday night of 160 civic leaders.
