Plans were made for the clubs of Haywood County to observe Na tional Home Demonstration Club week, April 29 to May 5. with the theme, "Today's Home Builds To morrow's World." Radio programs will be presented during the week by the Allen Creek, South Clyde, Crabtree-Hyder Mountain, Cecil, and Bethel Clubs. News articles will be written by the Waynesville Homemakers Club and the Lake side Club and window displays for Canton and Waynesville will be ar ranged by members of the Morn ing Star, West Canton, Saunook, Francis Cove, and Junaluska Clubs. Mrs, W. L. Amnions, chairman of the ways and means committee for the first quarter of the year, gave a report and plans were made for completion of the County Cook Books. Clubs asked to serve on the Ways and Means committee for the second quarter are Center Pigeon, Bethel. Cecil, Clyde, South Clyde and West Canton, Serving for the third quarter will be the clubs of Ratclill'e Cove, Francis Cove, Al iens Creek, Saunook. Iron Duff.
