CREAM PUFFS
Try 'cm with coffee filling.
don't forget, now that warm weath

ally good iced beverage.
Bring on a wonderful coffee
concoction for a grand finale at
a buffet supper party on a week
end night either for your own
crowd or for a group of teen
agers. For a simple menu you
might start off with a fish-and-to-mato
chowder with lots of big pilot
crackers. Go on to a salad made
zippy with cheese; for the young
er set use strios of mild American
or Swiss Cheese, for the oldsters
crumble in Roquefort with its dis
tinctive flavor. Accompany the sal
ad with hot brown and serve rolls.
Then finish up with these cream
puffs made de luxe by their cof
fee filling and coffee sauce.
