Good I Neighbor Club, and Clyde, yellow 1 rlkl,n.. Birthday Party , Plans have been completed for the Flower Show, to be held in the Clyde School Auditorium Tues day and Wednesday, August 21 and 22. The event is being sponsored by the Clyde Woman's Club. Entries must be made Tuesday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., accord ing to the ru'es of the flower show committee. Judging will begin at 2:30 p.m. Three ribbons will be awarded in each section and a trophy will be given to the person receiving the greatest number of points. The show will be open to the public from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Tuesday and from 1 p.m. until 1 p.m. on Wednesday. A silver offer ing will be taken. Mrs. Robert, Evans is serving as general chairman - for the event with Mrs. Pat Cole and Mrs. Stan ley Livingston as co-chairman. Mrs. Robert Williams is president of the ) sponsoring club. ... Dance Will Be Held Saturday At Piedmont The next to last summer dance, sponsored by the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, will be held at the Pied mont Hotel Saturday night. The last event will be a square dance at the Piedmont Saturday, August 25. Music for this week's dance will be by Eva Boatwright and her or chestra. Advance tickets are $1.25 and door tickets.will be $1.50. These dances are sponsored by the sorority in an effort to provide entertainment for visitors and at the same time raise funds for charitable projects. MRS.
