Hut- chins, Canton superintendent, sometime ago listed the projects of that district, include a junior high school, and a general expan sion of most of the schools that have not been expanded within the past few years. The Canton share of the two million is slightly more than $600,000. ; ' Tne breakdown ot the proposed projects, as set out in the report of Mr. Gudger is as follows; UNIT 1: The Bethel Elementary Building. SMITH'S DS0G ST0BE Want a 700 Lb. Baby? NEW YORK (AP) A baby usu ally triples its weight in the first year. If it kept on eating like it did in the first year, it would weigh 70 pounds by two' years, and 700 pounds at four years. Dr. Lyon Steine of Valley Stream, N. Y., gives the estimates in an article in lir, journal of the Academy of General Practitioners. The point, he says, is that it's nor mal for the baby's appetite to de cline after the first year, and moth ers shouldn't worry about it.
