MORE ABOUT Mrs. Love (Continued from Pace 1) "iiot an nnt'd-iucKStories, iiy any means," Mrs. Love hastens to point Out. "On the whole the public has been very agreeable to deal with, and most cooperative. I have really enjoyed the work. ' "But it is funny how people take a look at their bills and reach for the 'phone. There's usually a perfectly sound explanation for whatever the charge, but some of them insist that the meter readers don't know how to rend 'meters, or that there must bo a leak in the water main.'' From now on, Mrs. Love will be able to put the shoe on the other foot. Slid can receive one bill, in stead of sending out hundreds..- If she doesn't like what she sees, she can pick up her phone and hear "Town Hall" at the other nd of the line. , ' . ; But the chances are that she won't. She'll be too busy making plans for the garden that has been tempting her for so long, and do ing the thousand and one things that any homemaker can think of things that she has had to postpone for twenty years.
