Harrell Speaks A* Schoolmasters Meeting Tuesday Members of the Haywood Coun ty Schoolmasters Club were told Tuesday night that teachers have a great responsibility in keeping children interested in school* The apeaker was W. B. Harrell director of public relations at Western Carolina Teachers Col- ! lege. The club met at Spaldon's Restaurant with 28 grcsent. Mr. Harrell said that effective methods of accomplishing this art l< create a desirable atmosphere and'situations where children are not competing against one anoth ?r. After that no one will be allowed to register.
