The Rev. A. R. Davis gave the 3rd lesson in the mission study. "Heritage and Destiny" at Fincher Chapel last Sunday evening. The 4th and last of these lessons will be Sundity. Feb 28 at 7 p.m. at Mt. 7-ion. They have been very interesting. Several of our women of the Methodist Church are attending the Mission Study. "Life and Task of the Church, Around the World," being taught by Miss Louise Bal lard at Long's Chapel, Lake Junaluska The Welch Messer family have their new home comoleted and are moving in this week. They are very grateful to their many friends for the many kindnesses and loyal help extended them. Mr and Mrs Hob James an nounce the marriage o f their daughter Sarah Francis to Clayton Jlaynes, son of Mr. and Mrs. liar lev llaynes of Lake Junaluska Mr. and Mis. Havnes are with Mr. llaynes' brother and sister-in-law, Mr and Mrs. Joe llaynes of Iron Duff until he is recalled to his work in Ohio.
