Mrs James Reeve*, president, was in charge of the meeting and welcomed as new members, Mrs. Paul Erwin and Mrs. Hugh Rogers. Project leader reports were giv en on food conservation by Mrs. Hartley Brown, home beautifico lion by Mrs. Max Burnett, and home gardens by Mrs. W. II Har grove. Plans were made for the Achievement Day exhibit with a committee composed of Mrs. J. W. Johnson. Mrs. W. H. Hargrove and Mrs. Hartley Brown and Mrs. B. II. Chambers. Mrs. Way Ratcliffe I and Mrs. Woodv Jones, assisted by Mrs. Hugh Ratcliffe, Mrs. Bram li tte Stone, and Mrs. Carl Jones, presented the program, which in cluded a brief history of the W$CS. The program was concluded by a candlelight redcdlcation service.
