FjGrady group and Miss Lena ' ChesthUtt, assistant leader anfl Miss' Bessie Kornegay, who is on the commit tee, brought the girls- to Kenans ville. The B. F. Grady scouts vo ted on the exhibits prepared by Jhe Kenansville Girl Scouts. The exhibits were 'quite remark able and showed that muchr-work and thought had gone into ttheir preparation. An excellent Christmas program was rendered by the high school girls under the direction of Misses Louise Ellis and Dorothy Frederick. Regrets were expressed by the President at the loss of our popu lar principal, Mr. Ralph Carlton, and a rising vote of thanks was made to him by the group. Mrs. Mary Southerland also added a few comments and wished Mr. Carlton success in h;s new work. Mrs. Emory Sadler's room was awarded the prize for having the most parents in attendance.
