Railroad bounds being at the edge of the right-of-way on the West side of said Railroad 65 feet from the center of the main line of said Railroad at the old tank road, Ez zell's corner, and runs thence with said Ezzell's line South 78 degrees West 977.6 feet to a stake; tbence North 16 degrees West 1376 feet to a stake; thence North 77 de grees East 313 feet to a stake; thence North 13 degrees 45 min utes West 990 feet to a stake; Jhence North 76 degrees East 660 feet to a stake in the edge of the A. C. L. Railroad, right-of-way; thence South 13 degrees 45 min utes East, with the edge of the right-of-way 990 feet to a stake; thence same course containing 1380 feet to the beginning, con taining 45.9 acres, more or less.
