He. being one who loved his fellowmen and having a very personal and particular love for this Chapter which be was ser ving as Associate Patron, and a Charter member when the Chapter was instituted April 9, 1943, it is our firm opinion that no one has been more faithful to his convic tions of right, more, obedient to the demands of Honor and Just ice than Brother Brown., Remem bering this, we are inspired with new hope and earnest purpose to lift fraternal friendship and love to greater heights. He .was a faith ful steward of his church, a faith ful representation of the ideals of Masonry and a faithful Eastern Star. We can look upon his past 1 ife and realize that a good name is rather to be chosen than great riches for he was Fairest Among Thousands altogether Lovely. Therefore be it resolved: That the sincere members of Beulaville Chapter No. 237 be, extended to the entire family;. that these reso lutions be incorporated in the min utes of our Chapter; a copy be sent his Family; a copy to the Duplin Times; and a copy to the Tar Heel Star News. Resolved further, that at the meeting when these resolutions - ire presented, we arise and stand for thirty seconds and then be led in prayer by Sister Effie T. Miller, Mrs. Olive T. Kennedy. Beulaville H D Club Met Feb: 4 The Beulaville Home Demon stration Club met at the home of Mrs. J. D. Jackson on February 4 at 3 p. m. with Mrs Gardne Edwards presiding. 1 Twenty-on-members answered the roll .car and two visitors were present. Mrs Tyson Dobson and Mrs. Lou Belle Williams. The club voted to buy a $10.00 advertisement on the ad curtain which the local PTA is getting up to help buy a new stage curtain and draperies for the school audi torium. , Mm. Vera Bostic and Miss Ermle Sanderson gave interesting talks on "Removing Stains" and "Fam ily Life." We also enjoyed a talk made by Miss Hilda Clonts on "Eat Your Way To Health." After the business session, a musical contest was given under the direction of Mrs. Orzo Thlg pen and Mrs. Jim D. Sandlln. The Joint hostesses, Mrs. Jack son, Mrs. Richards and Mrs. R. L. Evans, served a tempting salad course. PRICE TAG ON GOOD HEALTH FOR NORTH CAROLINA Thanks The Beulaville PTA wish to thank each person who so grac iously helped on the ad curtain. The ads have all been sold - net ting an income of $872.50 which will be spent in buying a new stage curtain and draperies .for our school auditorium. Our County Superintendent, Mr. O. P.
