Mrs. Delia Stroud Humphrey, 48. wife of James Humphrey of near Deep Run died in a Kinston hos pital at 4:15 .Thursday April 3rd after a prolonged illness. The - fu neral was held from the Deep Run Free Will Baptist Church at 3 P.m. Friday, with ! Interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. Stephen Smith, Free Will Baptist minister of Beulaville officiated. Surviving are the husband; one son, J. E. Humphrey of Deep Run; five dau ghters, Delma Lee, Gertrude and Isabella Humphrey, of Deep Run, Mrs. Estelle Brock of Warsaw, and Mrs. Albert Murphy of Pink Hill; five grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Nila Cunningham of Deep Run Mrs. A. M. Hardy of Oriental, Mrs. Roy Harper of Newport News, Va., and Mrs. Willie Moody of Deep Run; four brothers, T. I., Bright, Furnie and Edgar Stroud, all of Deep Run. (. V Mrs. J. M.
