The schpol will run for two weeks
with five day sessions. Leaders will
represent both the Baptist and
Presbyterian' Churches, with Rev.

son as directors, There. will also
be a church field worker to assist.

The USDA's common ryegrass
of 18 million pounds is being offer
ed for Immediate sale and will en
able farmers to get their seed sup
ply for early planting of their win
ter cover crop, Joe E. Sloan, chair
man of the Duplin County AAA
Committee, advised this week.
The Government's early sale will
give dealers an opportunity to lay
in supplies for distribution and aid
farmers to increase their 1947-48
plantings, Sloan said. v;.4
Seed is from the 1946 harvest and
will have a total germination of
90 or better and a purity analy
sis 'of 98 or better.
