The North Carolina ' CDllectloh of material aid such as. clothes, shoes, and bedding were of an un usually high quaUty, many gar ments were new and the used ones were clean and repaired, so said Ihe officials at the New Windsor Center. A conservative estimate' of the value of the North Carolina materials has been placed at VA million dollars.
