That the Town of Warsaw issue its bonds, pursuant to The Municipal Finance Act, 19 21, as amended, in an amount not exceeding $25,000 for the purpose of erecting and equipping a muni cipal building upon land now pwn ed by the Town, which building will be used as a Town Hall and to house the Town Jail. Section 2. That a tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest of said bonds shall be annually levied and-collected. Section 3. That a statement of the debt of the Town has been filedj with the clerk and is open to puD lic inspection. Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect when approved by the voters of the Town at an election as provided by law. The foregoing Ordinance was passed on the 2nd day of Septem ber, 1947, and was first published on the 5th day of September, 1947.
